  Never be lazy. Take at least 15 minutes for yoga and exercises for the stomach. Only daily exercise can help you in ensuring health and long life. Just 15 minutes a day will save you from medicines and other devices. Be calm and happy while exercising. It will grant you health, beauty and long life.

  Breathe deeply of fresh air for at least 20 minutes in the morning and evening.

  Drink clean water without fluorine or filter the tap water. Best is natural, spring, not bottled water. Leave the water in the sun for several hours in a glass and clear bottle to soak solar energy. Do not leave at night.
